For Leisure Mountain RV Park: Appeared to be mostly long term residents, with a lot of "junk" stored around the small sites. Did not spend the night.

For Leisure Mountain RV Park: Nice park with friendly staff. We had no problem with sewer hook up like previous reviewer did. We were in the top row of pull thrus. Neighbors were friendly. It is very quiet up here which is a huge plus. This park backs up to national forest and there is a non motorized road/trail right at the back of the RV park. We enjoyed that. Took our mountain bikes on it. It was a bit soft in places so we ditched the bikes for a while and had a nice hike too.

For Leisure Mountain RV Park: Basic RV park which appears to be nearly full of long term residents. Gravel drives and pads. Pad was level enough that the levelers were not required. Facilities dated, but passable. Only one of the two showers worked, but restrooms were clean. Had a good strong wifi. Only real issue was that the waste line was nearly 18" higher than where my coach could be parked. I have a coach with a low drain and it was impossible to push you know what up hill. Seemed to be consistent throughout the park. I, however, plan to stay there again on the return trip as it is out of the hustle and bustle of Albuquerque.

It is also close to a little hidden gem if you have RV issue as I did, eg, Charlie's Fleet and RV service.

For Leisure Mountain RV Park: This RV park is really a trailer court. There's a park for mobile homes next door, and the trailer court has about 30 spaces--almost all full. The spaces are too narrow, and it feels crowded. It's hard to level trailers. Dogs bark all the time, and people don't pick up after them. The police are frequently called to the park. The Wifi signal isn't very strong. It is not a family friendly park, and children are allowed to run loose, throwing rocks and being loud. The forest near the park had been cut and burned. It's not good for hiking. The hook ups are old-fashioned and ill placed. We won't stay here again.
