For Woodhaven RV Park: This campground works as a good launching spot for various activities in area. Our pull through was level and had a few fir trees around us as a barrier. I’m not sure where the “nice” bathrooms/showers were, but we didn’t find them. Both bathrooms by office and middle of campground were awful. Toilets were loose, shower heads are at kid level and NO hot water for 3 nights we stayed.

For Woodhaven RV Park: Spent the weekend here on a semi-circular pull-through site. This gave us some more privacy that you don’t get on a traditional parallel drive through site. We had full hookups with 30 amp service. WIFI is pretty good. Park is fairly level with lots of trees. Swimming pool is heated! The owners are very friendly and helpful. The washrooms etc were still closed due to Covid but the park itself is clean and well maintained. There is traffic noise during the day is moderate but at night it is very quiet. Most campers in this park are visitors who come to visit the city of Halifax and surrounding area, using the campground as a base. Because of that, there are no scheduled activities for campers. There are some seasonal sites too. There is a small playground for the kiddos. We enjoyed our stay!

For Woodhaven RV Park: Nice place - Bath house is in good shape - Campsites are fairly close together but there are trees and shrubs separating most of the sites. Staff friendly. Looks like they are renovating the second Bath House which is where the laundry is located.
Close to Halifax - about 30 min drive.

Brasstown Traveler
For Woodhaven RV Park: Nice campground. Staff very nice and helpful. Bath houses clean and quite new. There are doors on the bathrooms now but no heat. This not much of an issue. Laundry is quite nice. The staff was working on the road and grounds the entire time wee were here. If they had a dog park I would give them 5 stars.

For Woodhaven RV Park: Very nice park and bathrooms are very nice, no light or door problems. Toilet and sink area in ladies room appear to be new, showers are a little more rustic but very useable. Attractive sites, most with trees, good laundry, good recycle, easy to get into Halifax. A little traffic noise at rush hour, but overall one of favorites on a very long trip

For Woodhaven RV Park: The lights in the bathhouse only on at night, also no doors on bathhouses so inside temp was the same as outside. Sties were good, not on top of each other. Pool was heated, no cable, WiFi slow. Close to Halifax
