For KOA Journey Ely: This KOA is ok if you have smaller units that fit between the trees. Big rigs will typically need their open sites (no trees) closer to the highway. All of the roads/sites are very dusty. For what it is, the "big rigs" sites at just a few cents shy of $80 just too much.

For KOA Journey Ely: Excellent high speed internet 52.8Mbps down, 6.8Mbps up. We were in XL pull through for our truck & 5th wheel which together are 55ft. We were here just for the night so appreciated not having to unhitch unless we wanted to. Campsites are clean and level, compacted gravel. Our XL pull through was wide with table and fire pit. Store is nicely stocked with your basic needs and souvenirs. Office staff was quite helpful. Location is nice, close to Ely for shopping, restaurants and outdoor activities. It was quite cold the week of our stay so if coming in cold/freezing weather bring heated hose. They have propane which is easily assessable. We would definitely stay here again.

For KOA Journey Ely: Without reservation, got stuck in the new row near the hwy. Unleveled gravel, sewerage not yet operable, no trees, lots of hwy noise. Not a good value, but the only game in town.

For KOA Journey Ely: Nice location, a new section in front by highway. Sites on gravel, very large with table & fire ring. No wifi at our site. Older sites had shade trees plenty of pull throughs.

For KOA Journey Ely: Love this park. WONDERFUL VIEWS. Clean and well kept park... Office folks are so nice (but for these trying times with the virus) and even still they were nice - that social distancing is a challenge for us all.
