For Timberline Lake Park: This is a convenient park for great access to Rochester. Located at the entrance to I490 provides a direct 30 min to downtown. Large grass sites, many full hook up. Yes, older park in need of a little TLC but great for a visiting base while here. We had a medical emergency needing a good place to stay. The camp manager Melissa was wonderful. Recommended

For Timberline Lake Park: Only good thing was it was conviently located. $45.00 for a 26’ motorhome. 200 feet from highway 90. Listened to semis all night. Had a pit bull from a neighboring camper, apparently lives their, run out and h my dog on leash while walking. The bathrooms were nothing we would use. Fire pit located way away from camper site. No privacy. Very open. Felt ripped off for the $$$.

For Timberline Lake Park: Older park. Clean. Lots of trees. Game room and pool. Propane. Right next to Interstate, which roars 24/7. Noise is especially bad for those parked in pull-throughs. We arrived late after doing 350 miles. Plugged into electric post and set up entire camp. We only noticed the reverse polarity message on our surge protector after I got shocked three times when I touched a piece of metal on a basement compartment door. Spoke to manager. She said our surge protector must be faulty. We had set up camp and now had to move. We were exhausted and hungry and rain was threatening but we had to knock down our entire camp, move, and set up all over again. If took us two hours to get the RV electric working again. The second site had newer electric. No problems. But troubleshooting this park's aging electrical and moving to a new campsite took up 4 hours after a long, tiring day of driving. We will not return.

Ferret

For Timberline Lake Park: Sites are grass and close together. Showing its age. A reasonable campground for a one or two night stay.
