Caro

For Sleepy Hollow Campsite: Stayed with my tent on Tuesday night at end of July. As indicated, seasonal.. so many many RVs but mostly empty (people come on weekends?). Tent site was near bathroom and showers. I think 5rvs were occupied which mean I had the showers all to myself. A quarter for 5 minutes of warm water = awesome. Very pretty setting: river, mountains, diner/restaurant close by, very quiet even with stormy night. There are 14 tent sites not too crowded. Access to the stream/river is best near the office. Bring water shoes.

Christmas

For Sleepy Hollow Campsite: Staff was very friendly and helpful. Many sites are seasonal, but they do have sites for overnight. Most of the sites along the river are very nice, but most are filled with seasonal guest. The office is near the West end of the park. The office had free WiFi. Our location was in a grassy area close to the office so we did have some WiFi but it was spotty. We did have a good view of the southern sky so we did get all three satellites for dish. Some sites looked like they had cable but I didn’t check it out. The restrooms were cinderblocks that were painted on the inside. The showers looked adequate but were not as new as some campgrounds I have been in. They have French drains at my site for my grey water. They also offered a garden hose if I needed one for the grey water. I had one so I didn’t need one. I was happy they had internet since they don’t have cell service in the area. They have a tether ball and horseshoe pit. Some people might swim in the river but when I was here the water looked too fast for swimming. I recommend it highly if you can get a spot.
