For Lake George Schroon Valley Resort: This campground does a good job of maintaining the grounds and was always kind and helpful. Water pressure was good, electric worked fine, cable TV wasn't crisp and clean but TV isn't a big deal to us, so, we didn't think much about it. Cell phone connection was pretty good. Strangely, my LTE tablet was fine, however, my phone had trouble in certain spots inside the RV and could only get one bar and dropped data connections. Never had a problem with the tablet. I don't know if they have WiFi and forgot to ask so I can't speak to that feature. We'd definitely stay here again. The only criticism I have is, and this is somewhat new for us, is the charge for propane was very high. I realize they don't sell a lot and need to upcharge, however, with the national average being in the $2.50 range, I paid over $4.00 per gallon. As it turns out, they charge a flat fee to refill a tank that's either empty or half full. As both my 30lb tanks were empty, my per gallon price was very low at $59 to fill both tanks as each tank took over 7 gallons to fill. If my tanks were half-full, the price obviously doubles. That said, it was incredibly convenient to be able to refill the tanks right at the campground. Trade-offs, I know.
