For Winton Woods Campground Hamilton County Park: We were here over Easter weekend. April 4, 2021. There were several campsites having parties. We are talking 7-8 cars per campsite, 15-30 people. There is no guard shack at the entrance. They use a gate code which allows people unlimited access by sharing the gate code. The park did nothing to control how many people and cars were permitted. We enjoyed loud cursing music while my children had to sit and listen. Many people walking through our campsite all day. I made a call to the office yet no one did anything.

For Winton Woods Campground Hamilton County Park: Following the advice of previous reviewers, we reserved an electric only site by the lake for our 22ft RV. Please note that many of these sites are sloping downward, especially those closest to the water, and we had some trouble leveling. If you have a trailer/ motor home, the inside sites on the camping loop are the safest bet for being level.

For Winton Woods Campground Hamilton County Park: This continues to be one of our favorite campgrounds. Bathhouse is tiled with push button showers that that have low shower heads and no temperature controls. There is an ADA family bathroom. Road is asphalt and site pads are gravel - except for pull through full hook up sites which have concrete pads. Only full hookup sites with shade are 22F-25F. Most electric only sites have shade. A good number of cabins - with and without bathrooms - are located within the Campground.

For Winton Woods Campground Hamilton County Park: Great place. Immaculate. Spacious sites. Most sites don't have shade so it could be very hot in summer. There's a day use area with swimming and boating nearby.

For Winton Woods Campground Hamilton County Park: A well designed and well cared for campground in an excellent County Park that has lots to do - bike/walking trails, paddle boats, canoe/kayaking, horseback ridding, fishing, golf. Campground is gated with card key access. Gift shop makes Pizza and will deliver to campground. Open year around, (December to end of February electric only.)
