For Camp Toodik Campground and Canoe: Probably one of the most outdated campsites I’ve been to in awhile. It seems as if none of the facilities have been updated in decades. It is very popular with the “locals” on weekends though. There are some EXTREMELY nice people who run the place and if you don’t mind the dated feel of this place and are really looking for some seclusion, this might be your stop. I don’t think I’ll be coming back anytime soon though.

For Camp Toodik Campground and Canoe: Nice campground for the most part. Polite owners Brenda & Bill. Older campground so spaces are small so be sure to check if your rig can fit into the spot. Nice water & 30 &/or 50 amp service. Picnic table (dirty & a bit rotted) and fire ring at site. I used the shower house across from office. First stall didn't have a lot of pressure but the second one was much better so use that one. They do need a place to put and hang your clothes in the shower house. It was very clean when I was there for (5) Days. Mostly seasonal sites but they do have a large area for nightly camping. They offer canoeing along the river but it was closed when we were there. Nice setting in the woods. You couldn't hear any road noise.

For Camp Toodik Campground and Canoe: Under average amenities .
The bathrooms are a step below what you would expect from a campground that hasn't been updated in 20 years. They have plumbing that is plumbed on the outside of the walls, dirty shower floors and mats that give you a feeling that you are showering in a horse stall. There is nowhere to hang your clothes, as their wall hooks are all broken or missing. So, you left strategically hanging all of your clean laundry on the rafters of the shower room and the doors to keep from falling and landing on their gross shower floors. With old and outdated amenities, they are well behind what modern day campgrounds have to offer their customers. Looking back, now I know why they were the only campground in Loudonville that had open sites over the holiday weekend. Plan ahead and book at one of the many other campgrounds in Loudonville so that you are stuck here as a last resort!
