For Camp Sandusky: First time here, past reviews are old and don’t describe how Camp Sandusky is today. It’s obvious they have done some upgrades. Clean and taken care of wooded sites. Nice to have shade from the trees during this hot July. Our Pull thru site was completely level. Only downside is there is no buffers between sites. They are a part of Passport America.

For Camp Sandusky: $18 for a tent which is high considering the site. They didn't tell me where I was setting up was next to a loud sewage pump that cycles all night. Also restrooms weren't clean enough for me to want to take a shower. Overall it looks pretty dilapidated. I think it would be fine for rv'ers but I wouldn't camp here again. Also for those scared of spiders this may not be a good location. I met about 5 different species. None were rude though, most just wondered what I was doing there.

For Camp Sandusky: I recommend you NOT stay here. First of all, I requested a camp site. I was assuming that we would have at least a little privacy. No, there were people crammed in tiny area's. It was more like an overcrowded field with some trees on it. Secondly, we had a sight on 2 roads that had constant traffic and headlights bothering us all evening. Next, they failed to tell us that we were nearly surrounded by huge RV's. Those things are very noisy if you are trying to sleep and these things are coming and going. Next, they have no rules about noise so I was listening to bikers come and go all night (on top of the cars and RV's) which drove about 5 feet away from my tent.

I chose this place because they made it seem like a real camp site when in actuality, it is a field with some trees. I would have rather spent my money on a hotel. I spent all day at Cedar Point and when the park closed, all I wanted was to sit by the fire for a little bit and go to sleep. I actually only got 2 hours of sleep due to all the above.

They said that we would get a complimentary pancake breakfast but they were actually charging per their sign so I didn't even get breakfast.

DO NOT STAY HERE. IT IS A RIP OFF! GO FIND AN ACTUAL CAMP SITE INSTEAD OF THIS RV PARK.
