Great campsite. Second time here. Close to the lake down a path about 8 minutes. Sites are clean, well manicured. Each has fire pit, table, and a level concrete pad. Lots of room for Coaches over 35 feet. They offer back in and drive through. No highway noise, just nature. Only 12 minutes from town to get food/ice/etc/marina.

Very, very nice park. Very spacious, well groomed campground with concrete pads. The only down side is no view; rather, campground is well protected from the elements. Enjoyed our stay.

The sites are great however, if you’re going to make people pay to shower said showers need to be maintained!! The shower heads are not directional and spray in such a way that you can’t get wet or rinse off. The showers had multiple mud dobber nests in them. They were filthy and full of dead bugs and the door to the one we were in wouldn’t even close. It really was ridiculous since you’re requiring people to pay to use them!

Fantastic RV campground. Easy to get to from highway. Very quiet—- just sounds of birds. Delightful camp hosts. Love the walk down to the lake. On our way home, so we just stayed one night, but would have stayed longer! $25 and $10 per bundle of nice firewood. Loved it.

Great place in new state RV campground. Concrete pad. Very spacious surrounded by oak forest. Short walk down to lake. Highly recommend. It is a place like you see in an RV sales brochure.
No TV or WiFi signal so many wife and I played banana grams instead!

Omgosh. Found this just after dark. Even in the dark this is a lovely park. Concrete pads. Beautiful grass. The host was kind. The sight is spaced as to allow privacy. We could not be happier. This is the best place we have ever stayde. Makes me want to take one more day just to relax here.

Spent 4 nights here. A great state park campground. Sites are roomy and well spaced. Quiet location. Lots of scenic, somewhat strenuous hiking trails for those not into fishing.

Nice park! This was our first time here and we stayed in the recently renovated (new concrete pads, etc.) Turkey Flats campground. The sites are reasonably level and each has a fire pit, charcoal grill, large picnic table etc. only the pull throughs had septic, but all have water/elec. Fees are collected at site and are very reasonable. They have trails, horseback riding, fishing etc. plenty to do here, though we preferred to just relax at our site. Cant speak to bathhouse cleanliness as we use our own facilities. We camped here in a 38' rig and will definitely be back.
