For Elk Creek RV Park: Stopped in for a quick overnight. We arrived late, all paperwork was ready for us. Site was level, 50amp, Wi-Fi, and TV. We pull a 33’ trailer with a dually, no trouble maneuvering it. Clean showers, very friendly staff, fresh coffee, fruit and pastries in the morning. Would stay here again if rolling through.

For Elk Creek RV Park: A bit difficult to get to in a big rig with the road construction. Sites are very tight, gravel and a bit unlevel. They are long. Servuces worked fine. Sites are tight enough you need to watch your spacing if your slides to your neighbors. Fire marshall might ticket you if closer than 10 feet. Park needs some tree trimming. I saw on rig get caught up in the tree on his site when trying to leave. I had a tricky time leaving my site with a pole, tree and other items causing concern. It’s fine for a overnight stay, i would not recomend for longer.

For Elk Creek RV Park: Great place for pulling in late & leaving early. Just needed an overnight place with electric for heat last night, pulled in around 10 pm. Not fancy, but that’s not what we needed. Reasonably priced for overnight stay. Just be careful about light posts & poles when entering & leaving. Sites are narrow.

For Elk Creek RV Park: I don't recommend this park. The campground was less than half filled when we arrived but we were assigned a campsite in a row filled with other units, there was no attempt to offer a space between trailers. Through the 2 nights we were there the park remained less than half full with well separated and shaded sites available throughout our stay. The sites are so close together that you are warned that the city will ticket you if your trailer is within 10' of the trailer beside you, that includes slide-outs. Washrooms are clean but showing their age, make sure you check for toilet paper before use, they seem to ration it and I had to let the office know they had run out of toilet paper and paper towels. The only washroom open after 6:00 pm is at the office, the other is closed from 6:00 pm - 8:00 am. The sites are very long and level but muddy (they had rain before our visit and mud puddles remained throughout 2 day of hot sun). The sites also do not have picnic tables, even if they did there is no room for them beside your trailer. Very poor, slow and intermittent WiFi connection. There is a sign in the office that they will help you write a good campground review and reward you with a bag of candy.

For Elk Creek RV Park: Sites are WAY to close together. No room to put a chair out and enjoy a cup of coffee. The owners were nice. Everything worked but this place was uncomfortable.

For Elk Creek RV Park: Dirt sites. Needs mowing and tlc. Has potential but junky. Fine for a quick night stay off interstate. Can't see creek for all the weeds.

Gary

For Elk Creek RV Park: A nice quiet park. Under new management who are learning the RV business and trying very hard. They were very pleasant and accommodating. We had a very nice stay with them. There was some difficulty with movement within the park because of some poles in the middle of one of the roads but that is the only problem that we encountered. This park even have a storm shelter in the event of tornadoes. We would definitely stay here again.
The problems and difficulties of previous review seem to have been resolved.
