For Red Rock Canyon Adventure Park: There aren’t many options for camping along this stretch of I-40, so I was delighted to find such a neat place to spend the night. Lots of options for a hike after a long day of traveling, so I’m glad I stopped early enough to enjoy it,

For Red Rock Canyon Adventure Park: This park was empty when I stayed! (December 18th) We noticed one rv in the morning who probably came in late at night but made no sound. Super clean campground, fire rigs, tables and gorgeous views. Very secluded from the city, it is literally in the middle of a suburban area. Felt very safe. I suggest going during the day as night is very dark.

For Red Rock Canyon Adventure Park: Stayed overnight on a drive across OK with large airstream. Now called Red Rock Canyon Adventure Park, absolutely wonderful family run it. We had to replace a break on our camper they were so kind and helpful. Would have liked to stay a few days but we are on a mission. Great restrooms and hot showers.

For Red Rock Canyon Adventure Park: We stayed here on a Thursday night in late October, in a 24 foot trailer. The road in was steep, but okay. The Canyon area is pretty, but don’t bother trying to hike! Poorly maintained trails, poor signage! We got lost and finally found a way down, at great risk of slipping on slick rock! At this time of year, only the first and last campgrounds have functional bathrooms, but, to have anybpricacy, we stayed in Walnut, which had no amenities. Lots of teenage boys riding around, standing in the back of pickup trucks, had us a bit worried, but everything calmed down by sunset. Not a lot of privacy between sites. Quiet at night.

For Red Rock Canyon Adventure Park: Wonderful State Park!! Stayed in 25’ travel trailer - NO problem on the short drive into canyon! Beautiful sites in a red rock canyon with great hiking trails! Make sure to take in the nature trail at the beginning of the canyon! Site was $15 & level.

Don

For Red Rock Canyon Adventure Park: I was looking through my pictures of my trip last year and came across a picture of my stay at Red Rock Canyon. I was there on a week day the end of may and there were plenty of sites , very nice and well kept. I was towing a 24 foot trailer and had no problems driving to my site. I highly recommend this state park and it's close to Rt 66.
