Yoli

For Hawthorn Bluff: Loved this park. Shaded spots, lakeside views and access. Bathrooms are chemical toilets so self contained RV might be preferable.

Cluff

For Hawthorn Bluff: Nice AOE campground near Tulsa OK. Quiet, spacious sites, our site was combo paved/gravel. Electric (30amp) service and water faucets scattered throughout, dump station at exit. Clean restrooms and showers. Fishing dock, nature trail, day use area for picnic and swimming. We camped in our 44’ motorhome with toad on site 12 a bit of a challenge to level. It is an off lake site. Other sites more level. Concrete picnic tables at each site and fire rings. We were able to get satellite service and strong Verizon signal. Not the friendliest or most knowledgeable staff during our stay but pleasant and we felt safe in the area.

Happy Camper

For Hawthorn Bluff: One the better ACE campgrounds we've stayed at. Spacious sites, mature trees, quiet, lake was 19' above normal & some lake front sites were awash but still plenty of good sites available. Campground hosts were friendly with clean restrooms & showers. Quiet. Would definitely stay there again.

Budzee

For Hawthorn Bluff: Spacious sites with mature trees in a lovely park overlooking the lake. Electric only hookups with water hydrants scattered here and there. Dump near the entrance. The vault toilets were clean and did not smell. The showers were individual, clean and warm. Camp hosts were very friendly. Some sites were paved and some gravel. Those near the water were a challenge to level. It appeared that most campers had some serious leveling blocks in place, although my site was level. I camped in a Class B with no problems. Each site has a grill and fire ring. A few miles to a grocery store. 15 miles to wonderful restaurants and entertainment. It's a nice area. I'll be back.
