DSVT

For Indian Line Conservation Area: We were looking for a place to stay that would be convenient for visiting with friends in Toronto. We're self-contained in our 25 foot/8 metre motor home and don't use the facilities except for an occasional shower. We stayed over a long weekend. Although we had reservations, the GC had a few open sites available. We were easily able to extend our stay. Although a bit pricy, this is a great urban campground. It's loud as it's near 427 and railroad tracks. The location can't be beat. There are 4 areas with campsites. Finchgate (sites 136-189) is mostly for short stay/transient guests. The other 3 areas are primarily seasonal sites with a few open sites available for short stays mixed in. We stayed in Finchgate. Most of the sites were good sized, grassy/gravel and level. All of the sites in this area were electric only. Some sites had trees for shade and privacy while others are out in the open. We had good ATT service while roaming on Rogers and good Verion service while roaming on Telus. We did not try the park wifi. The showers were clean with ample warm water and water pressure. There's a dumpstation near the park entrance. The park grounds were well maintained and clean. We camped at Indian Line Campground in a Motorhome.

For Indian Line Conservation Area: This is my second visit. The campground is now better than previous. New camp manager is doing a great job. A few homeless tenters in the campsite. Not a bad place to stay for a day or two. Excellent connectivity

Mili

For Indian Line Conservation Area: Not well maintained at all (grass was very high, Swimmingpool and playground are old and dirty). There were some residents (hippies?) in old trailers - it was a bit shabby andndidn't feeld very safe.

If you want to go into toronto, I would suggest to stay a littlemfurther outside town and drive to one of the metrostations with parking and catch a metro into town.
