For Holiday Beach Campground: the new owners are awesome. Old campground but the new owners are fixing it up and are very helpful with anything you need. The bathroom are clean and well kept. Awesome fishing, beautiful sites. will definitely be back this year.

For Holiday Beach Campground: The owner is great. However, there is a lot of deferred maintenance. Would not stay here again.

For Holiday Beach Campground: Well, this campground needs a lot of maintenance. It has derelict campers and buildings aplenty. However, the campground’s saving grace is Wally, surely the owner. He couldn’t have been more pleasant! He gave us our choice of pull-thrus and we chose a nice site with a lovely view of McCharles Lake. The lake must be great for kayaking and canoeing in season. Would we stay again? No, likely not. Do we have any regrets? No, none at all! It all worked out A-ok. Just depends on if modest accommodations can keep you happy! Have to add that making our reservation was a smooth process, unlike some other more up-to-date campgrounds that manage to loose everything 😊 Well done Holiday Beach Campground! All the best.

For Holiday Beach Campground: Like stepping back in time. We had planned to overnight it here, but because it was so peaceful and we needed a break from 5 days on the road, stayed another night. Had water and electric $55. a nigh abd a pull through. Highest price we had seen travelling across Canada. Doesn't look like much maintenance has been done here in years. Didnt check out bathrooms. Beach has grown over, but you can't beat the view from our RV. McCharles Lake is beautiful. We are only visitors and a few seasonal campers Great kayaking. Was good for what we needed. Very quiet and we had a good rest. Location of park was a bit off on Allstays.
