For Beach Loop Village: Our spot was adequate for what we needed. Bathrooms had no toilet paper, soap, paper towels. Was told it was because of theft and had to supply our own if we chose to use them, which we found odd due to most of the unavailable slots were full time residents. Showers did have hot water but weren’t desirable to use. Would recommend that you view area before committing. Cash or check only and no paperwork required or provided.

For Beach Loop Village: I agree with the previous rating. We have 45 foot motor home and there was ample room on the site for it and our tow. OwNer says he is expanding so maybe there will be more open sites besides just the one. Did not use any of the facilities but the park was relatively clean even with full time residents. Called owner to reduce our stay by one day 2 days in advance to see if we could get a refund and never heard back. That is why only 3 stars, could have called us back to say no and explain why, we were within his 48 hr policy.

For Beach Loop Village: Only spot anywhere on the coast with an open spot. 1/4 mile walk to endless beautiful beach. Clean, well maintained. All other sites had year round residents but was not the usual junk heap at all. 4 instead of 5 stars because of average bathrooms

For Beach Loop Village: Small park but great access to beach and nicely equipped with amenities. We have a 43 ft bus and had plenty of room. 50 amp service. Grassy for pet. Would absolutely stay again. Nice folks.

For Beach Loop Village: I hardly ever give reviews and if I do it's because it's so bad I don't want others to have a bad experience. Even though I hate to share this review for totally selfish reasons(overcrowding), after reading negative reviews from several years back I knew I had to comment. This is a little known jewel of a park. There seems to be a new owner for the last three years and I'm told he continues to make improvements. No where have I been in an RV park with so much space for each RV. There is a brand new exercise room/game room, complete with one each of Bicycle, treadmill, weight bench and weights, elyptical and a TV. There is ping pong, shuffleboard, pool table. Wifi works great 95% of time(never been in a park where it works 100%). The manager isn't tech savvy but with everything else couldn't be nicer or more helpful. There are cabins you can rent nightly, weekly or monthly, completely furnished. Once this park becomes known for its updates it will be hard to get a reservation. We intend to reserve for next year before leaving in August. Only negative is owner should develop website with great pics to show off his accomplishments!

For Beach Loop Village: Decent spaces. Large grassy areas and only about 1/2 mile from the beach. I would recommend this park.
