Julie

For Alfred A Loeb State Park: Stayed in a Monday night in mid-June. We have a van and the only spaces available at 5pm were the first-come first-served tent spaces. A few available RV sites had just been taken. The parking spaces for the tent sites were very wide and also each had their own water and power. Park is clean, has very small bathrooms but 3 individual showers (free). No paper towels the morning we left. Is along the river with big rock beach area. Very quiet and nice small campground! Will gladly stay here again!

For Alfred A Loeb State Park: Would be three stars, but giving four because they had a really nice trail along the river. Campground sites have little privacy and you're around a ton of people and their kids. We stayed in site #1 which was closest to the road, but the road was rarely used and the site was at least not on top of the others. Clean facilities, water and electric at sites, firewood for sale.
