For Portside RV Park: For an in-town RV park and our 25’ sprinter, this is as good as it gets. Not a state park or wilderness park with trees and grass, but a perfectly maintained small in-town park with super clean bathrooms and laundry, wide sites, excellent connectivity (Wi-Fi and T-Mobile very strong, + full cable TV), nearby award-winning restaurants, and a short walk to the beach. It’s mostly a park model park, with just a dozen or so RV spots. Sites are long enough for big rigs but it might be tight for the biggest ones to maneuver into the pull-throughs. Very quiet residents except the sea lions that bark a few times a day, yet they usually quiet down after an hour or so. We like to stay at state parks or boondock most often, but when we want to spend a night or three in a town this is exactly the kind of place we really like. Highly recommend.

For Portside RV Park: Clean and quiet. Good Wi-Fi. Did not use rest rooms or laundries, but if anything like rest of property, they are in good shape. Roads are a but narrow, but was fine with my 39’ MH.

For Portside RV Park: Paved roads and sites. Roads are narrow as are sites. Very limited WiFi. Beautiful and clean restrooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. Lots of full timers.

For Portside RV Park: Loved this little RV Park. Very clean. The people in the office were very nice and helpful. The sites were really kept well. Slab cement site. No gravel or grass. Very clean laundry facilities and bathrooms with showers. Pet friendly. Short walking distance to the beach and shops, restaurants. We could see the ocean from our site.

For Portside RV Park: We selected Portside after looking at numerous online reviews of the RV parks I'm Brookings. This park is located on the side of a hill. They assigned us to a spot located between two rows of park models. The road is so narrow and we almost clipped the roof of a park model trying to leave enough room to turn into the assigned spot. Site is so narrow the picnic table is shoved up against the block wall with barely enough room to walk by our trailer. Sites are too close for comfort. Barely enough room to squeeze our truck across the front of our site. We will not stay here again.
