Mike

For Joseph Stewart County Park: Great campground with many different options. There are various loops which can accommodate anything from tents up to full hookups for RV's. Restrooms had showers, were very clean, and there is plenty of space to walk around and see wildlife - I saw foxes, deer and some other critters, plus could walk right down to the reservoir. The site feels very remote, although both Crater Lake NP and the town of Medford, OR are relatively nearby. One of the better campgrounds I have stayed in.

Steve

For Joseph Stewart County Park: Camp host over the top. Sites so private. Rangers on it and friendly. Hiking trails. Lake views. Best state park we have been. Traveling from Ohio to west coast and back.

Jersey

For Joseph Stewart County Park: Only good thing about this park is the price. Otherwise right off the bat, the park rangers are unaccomdating. Basically had to beg to switch pad sites because we didn’t realize we booked in a 20AMP and didn’t have an adapter for our coach. The camp hosts are no better, the one female camp host doesn’t even say good morning to you and only interacted with us when we were 5 after for check out on our last day. She stood at the end of our pad like a bouncer waiting for us to leave? The bathrooms are okay but honestly they need to keep the doors closed with the amount of mosquitoes and other bugs that get trapped in there. The only trail around lost creek is alright nothing amazing. Overall very disappointed. Northern OR state parks are MUCH nicer and well kept with friendly staff!!!!

Homeschoolnomads

For Joseph Stewart County Park: Great park with 2 newer playgrounds, solid 30A and water, dump, huuuuuuuge lake, and great AT&T signal (-102dB), Verizon was roaming so pay attention if that's your carrier. Only downside during our visit was the nearby wildfires which brought a ton of smoke in. The park itself is great though.

Mark

For Joseph Stewart County Park: Great setting above the reservoir under tall trees with lots of space. Picturesque trails around the lake to a little marina and beach. Clean showers and restrooms.

For Joseph Stewart County Park: A lovely campground! Good facilities, nice trails for hiking and biking. Also not too far up the road are some impressive waterfalls!
