For Ferryboat Campsites: Beautiful area! Not too crowded, owners were soo sweet and helpful (they even lended us an extension cord so we wouldn’t have to buy one). The riverfront sites are the best but off-river sites are nice as well. They have a well stocked office/store, a game room, ice cream shop/snack shack, stocked pond, multiple river access points for floating, swimming, boating, kayaking. There’s even an island you can walk out too that people use as a beach area. Super creative planned activities every weekend which has something for everyone. Lots of new improvements in just the past year since the new owners took over. We will be coming back multiple times until we can get a seasonal site (they said their waitlist is 3 years long). Everyone needs to experience this campground.
