For Tri-State RV Park: We stayed here a couple of weeks ago overnight on our way to and from Maine. Yes it is convenient to highway, you can literally see and hear the interstate. Convenient to fueling as well. The manager was a very friendly lady who luckily made up for the fact that this place is a wreck. It's on the water which you would think would be great but it's as if there is zero budget to clean this place up. There is deal pirated buildings and sheds all over the place, the grounds have equipment everywhere, and many of the buildings were not even in use. This facility appears to be mostly permanent residents and this always brings down the overall quality of a campground. Lots of home made cages and decks and all sorts of " yards" here.
I agree that the place reminds me of an over crowded parking lot. We have a 40 foot motorcoach and tow a car on trailer . We were able to pull into our space with ease. I don't want to sound overly negative because everyone here was friendly . It just needs someone with some money and a cleanup crew and this place could be a gold mine. Would we stay there again on an overnight trip yes. Would we go there for a vacation or longer stay, no.

For Tri-State RV Park: This place is an over crowded, parking lot.

The lady that runs the place is nice, but it is full of construction workers and kids running around in the road.

I will not stop there again.

For Tri-State RV Park: The owners live onsite so it's great for late arrivals. The pads are semi-gravel and level. Owners go out of their way to make sure you're hooked up and ready to go. Place needs a bit of upgrading but it's good. Only complaint I have is that if you're a light sleeper you'll be woken up by the constant passing of trucks on the highway 100 yards away!

For Tri-State RV Park: Super convenient off I-84, very friendly - owner saw we had no tow vehicle and asked if we needed anything from the store!

Nice large level, gravel sites. Wifi was sketchy, cable worked fine but could have used a channel listing.

I agree with one of the other reviews, this place has a lot of potential if they'd tidy it up a bit.

Great place for an overnight stop but wouldn't spend much more than that.

For Tri-State RV Park: Stayed here 1 night while traveling through. Very handy to interstate; but the noise did not bother us. Very very nice staff; helpful in every way. It could be a beautiful RV park if some cleanup was done.

For Tri-State RV Park: Very easy on & off interstate. There was some noise from that but not too bad . The owners were wonderful! Even willing to go to the store for us if we needed anything. Helped us out with our TV as we do not have a smart one!! Let us use a box so we could have TV all night. It's a beautiful area by the Delaware river. Would stay again without hesitation. Very reasonable rates ...$39 cash or $40 credit card and that's for full hook up. We were traveling in a 40 foot motor home with a tow. Wonderful people!! Made you feel at home!!
