KC Taylor

For Ives Run: Awesome campground. Roads and sites level and paved. Some sites have beautiful lake views 96 is one. We were in 131 and 128.

DaVida

For Ives Run: Well-planned and maintained Army Corps park on Lake Hammond. Sites are asphalt, mostly level, gravel tent pad, with table, fire pit, trash hook. Recycle bins next to dumpsters. Mature trees in grassy areas mowed during weekdays. Camp store, free PFDs for kids' use. Two $3 washers and $.25/8 mins dryers available in largest bathhouse. Lake views from many sites. We stayed a week in our 20' travel trailer. We highly recommend this park.

Jim Black

For Ives Run: Excellent campground. Long, level cement pads. Lots of room between sites. Beautiful park-like setting. Friendly staff. Bath/washrooms & showers OK. As others have noted the utilities, at some of the sites the power and water connections are a good distance from the pads. You can get a view of most sites on line through the reservation system to see if this will be an issue for you.

Centexrider

For Ives Run: This is a wonderful campground in a beautiful area. The roads are all paved as are the sites. It's a tremendous value, particularly if you have a national parks senior pass. A couple of noteworthy items: while most (if not all) sites have power and water, many do not have sewer. There is a dump just prior to the gate which can handle two RVs at one time (and is free). Also, the power and water for most sites is to the rear of the pad. I used every bit of my 50 foot power cord and water hose, so plan accordingly.

Kwiltn

For Ives Run: This is a very nice Corps of Engineers facility. Generous spaces with level pad sites, though not all are big-rig accommodating. Sites closest to lake don't have sewer. A bargain, especially if you have the Senior or Access pass.

Darleen

For Ives Run: Sites are large with paved pads and good access. Grounds are incredible. Took a star off because shower/washroom rooms were not very clean in our area.
