For White Sands Cottages and Campground: 2017 PEI Travel Guide says open May 14. This was confirmed by PEI Information Center. Arrived to find no one there at 4:40PM. Phoned but got an answer machine. No call back yet after over 2 hr. Looks very Rustic from the office.
