For Paris Mountain State Park: We had low expectations of Paris Mountain and it exceeded our expectations. We have a truck camper (25 foot total) and was able to level up fairly easy. Several of the other sites appear that they could be a challenge to level up. The bathrooms were clean and we enjoyed hiking around lake placid and back into the park. We didn’t off load our bikes but would have been able to ride on the park road. Best crepes at Tandem Crepery in Travelers Rest. The outfitter Sundrift is worth a visit. We road our e-bikes on the Swamp Rabbit trail to Greenville Tech and back to TR (29 miles). Very busy trail but enjoyable.

For Paris Mountain State Park: Stayed at 38. Was fine! Also if you’ve read reviews about 39- it’s totally redone and fine now! Probably one of the better spots and next to the bathrooms. Nice park. Just go slow coming in as it’s curvy.

For Paris Mountain State Park: Great place, but there are some things you need to know! Narrow roads- yes! Some of the tightest 2 way roads from the park entrance to CG. Turns into parking lots for bigger rigs would be an issue. I tow a 22’ and had no problem. Staff was great. CG: the dump station is like no other I’ve seen, as in its a tight off-shoot pull thru on a bit of a hill. The sites are unlevel, so bring your blocks. They had repaired some crumbling asphalt on sites while I was there. 18 is sloped, 19 is slightly sloped, 20 is fairly flat. I think it says 35’ max. Having traveled in a 40’ Class A- I would say 35’ is max! So believe them! Overall great park to hike. Verizon service good.

For Paris Mountain State Park: So close to town! Lots to do. We have a 21 ft Jayco and it’s a tight fit around the roads up, but the sites are good! Rangers and park store hosts are also very nice.

For Paris Mountain State Park: Just left there. Beautiful campground if you like woods. Bath houses spotless. Friendly rangers and hosts. Within five miles of town. Fit our needs perfectly.

For Paris Mountain State Park: Great scenery, you wouldn't think this is in the middle of busy area. This park is considered SC #1 State Park for hiking. Trails are great with several lakes. Road to the campground is very winding and skinny. My 37' Class A was a tight fit with on coming traffic. Check with the park for level sites. I stayed in 38 and my friends in 37 which where level. Park staff is very friendly. I will come back and stay while I see relatives in the area
