For Devils Fork State Park: The negative: Allstay said it was big rig friendly, up to 80ft. Laughable. The website suggests that some of the sites at good for 60ft+ RV length. Also laughable. We are 38ft plus towing a Jeep and some of the turns in the campground were super tight. There are trees really close to the road inside the campground, making the turns even worse. The site we were in was very unlevel for our length. There did seem to be a few levelish sites but not many. Some were much worse than ours. There were a few pull-thru sites that I’m actually grateful we didn’t get because they were steep and rough looking. The sites were paved but rough and the surrounding area was gritty and dirty (it is a forest). The hooks up were a bit on the rough side and the site we got was 30amp, which I think is the highest they had. No sewer but there is a dump station. There was also a bathhouse with hot running water. It was a bit dirty but helped extend our grey tank so 🤷‍♀️. You have to check out when you leave, meaning you have to go back to the campground office, which has A LOT of boat traffic because that is where the day use boats put in. DON’T pass the boat parking lot!!!! We did and there is no way back because one road leads to a power plant, one road leads to a gated community, and another is gravel and says no RVs. The positive: the lake is beautiful!! And there are several beautiful waterfalls within 30 minutes. The camp store was nice and well stocked. It has 2 bathhouses. There is a little trail that leads down to a little cove where you can swim. However, it’s best to take kayaks to the non-motorized boat ramp and explore the lake that way. The lake is so clear, you can dive and snorkel. — with Jonathan Kopp.

For Devils Fork State Park: Very beautiful state park on Lake Jocasta. Ideal for swimming and kayaking. Sites not always very level, so come prepared. Good spacing on campsites, nice bath houses. Very small tent pads - often unusable.

For Devils Fork State Park: Beautiful area and lake. Good trails. Sites are close together but not stacked on top of each other. Great for kids. In warmer months books up fast.
