Neal Carney

For Heritage Village Campground: Can’t say enough good things about this place. If you want a pool and resort amenities go elsewhere. But if you want level sites, hot showers, extremely clean bathrooms, friendly hosts, and a great price, then this is your place. Stayed one night, left, came back two days later and the host remembered me and my site number. Super friendly. All sites are full service. Looked like they have cable TV hookup too, but did not use it. The sites are mostly in full sun, but it seemed like each site had a fairly young/short pine tree that provided a modest amount of shade. Very quiet. Not many/any kids running around. Price was $34 full hookup. Great location; close to Mt Rushmore, Crazy Horse, Custer SP, etc.

For Heritage Village Campground: We have stayed here year after year because the park has great views, especially of Crazy Horse and the accommodations. This is one of our favorite destinations. So, for those of you who are inclined to stay here go somewhere else and leave room for us. Lol

Mike Hendrix

For Heritage Village Campground: Previous reviewers have covered this park very well. No amenities, the price is right for those of us that are not looking for amenities. Many of those in the park spend the summer there. Some work at Crazy Horse for the summer. It has location. Will stay again.

Ron

For Heritage Village Campground: Nice park, the price is right. , the staff is very friendly. ,it’s owned by Crazy Horse , so it’s mainly for staff at Crazy Horse !! Been staying here for years.. Only problem is last year and this year they don’t keep all the grass mowed. . Last nite there was a tent camper , camping in foot tall grass , not fun when the grass is wet

David Jay

For Heritage Village Campground: Nice, clean campground at a great price. The campground is focused on staff and volunteers at the Crazy Horse Memorial, so it doesn’t have any “kiddie” activities.
