For Oungre Memorial Park: Campground was very nice... better than we expected from looking at the online photos. Full hookup sites are pretty close together... but power only are quite nice... even nicer when we were the only ones in the campground on this Sep evening. We stopped our driving because of very high winds which are supposed to be pretty normal for this area. (gusting to 70km./hr). Campground includes the 'rec centre' on the property... but still not sure what recreational activities there are to do there...Rec Centrer also includes the post office and an indoor swimming pool... (pool was closed for season during our visit). There is also mini golf on the property (also closed). Many seasonals here but in a different area than the overnight camping. We had just crossed the border and we were hoping up pick up a few groceries in Oungre but not so. No stores at all so we ate dinner at the restaurant. Food was 'ok'. We were just thankful to find a place to eat. Oungre has a population of 15... and that has been so since 2006 and 9 houses. We were so bored and couldn't really sit outside because of the winds... we actually went to town and counted them. Only negative was our firepit was full of garbage.. mostly drink containers.. but we didn't use it anyways.
