For Defeated Creek Campground: Stayed as a couple in late June during a hot spell. Site 13 across the camp road from the lake. This campground is very clean and well kept. Lots of large rigs in rows of parallel sites makes a feel for a commercial campground but sites are spacious enough and have all amenities. Lake is quiet and lovely with mainly fishing boat traffic and no loud watercraft during our M-F stay. Cell service was weak but they have one bathhouse with Wi-Fi available. We enjoyed being disconnected for a few days. This is a quiet and safe park for families with gate control and lots of water activities and some hiking and mountain biking access adjacent to the property . We will definitely come back

For Defeated Creek Campground: Great park with semi level sites that are really long and large - beach and (1+1) laundry for whole park but there is a great laundry in town about 10 miles from park that we used - walking trail and plenty of deer - I would suggest try to get an outer spot on the lake (att was 0-1bar and worked very slowly if at all)

For Defeated Creek Campground: Beautiful campground. Many full hookups and level sites for big rigs. Do not go on 263 as you GPS might direct. Follow the directions given by the campground. We are a 40’ with toad. We managed the entrance to the campground and there is a spot to pull over and unhook inside the campground if someone isn’t sitting in it. I would suggest going beyond the campground entrance to the marina parking lot to unhook before entering the park. We had 2 bars on Verizon while here.
