For Cages Bend: Beautiful and quiet campground, but we will not be back in our 43' motorhome due to narrow, sometimes one-lane roads. Trees were mostly trimmed, we only swerved a few times to avoid them, but a low phone line drug along the motorhome on our way back out. I know none of this was the the fault of campground managers though, just getting in and out without damage is risky and rather stressful. No one was at the gate to direct us, which seems normal according to a couple other campers. No one even answered the door at the attendant's RV. One must just fend for one's self upon arrival.

For Cages Bend: It’s a gem. $17.50, water and electric, site 30 on the lake. Easy to reserve online as we were passing through . Level rock with shade. Tons of bird life on the lake. Old Hickory Lake. Stayed May of 2021.

For Cages Bend: Nice campground. Nice sites on the water. Clean and that’s my problem. We had our site for two nights. The second day we went to see family in the area for about five hours and when we came back the camp host had our site cleaned out. We left our chairs, rugs, firewood and table cloth. We were in a class b motor home. So we always leave some things in our site when we leave for a few hours. When I talked to camp host he said I should have checked with him before I left. Never had to do that in al the years we’ve been camping. He said he girls that took our things put them in the maintenance building and we could get them in the morning. Talked to one of the girls and looked in the maintenance building, empty. Then she said they put our things in the dumpster. It was empty also. So we took it as a lost and left to go home and about halfway through Ohio got a call from a young man and he said if he could find a box big enough they would send our things to us. If we get these things I will update our review.

For Cages Bend: Beautiful campground on the Cumberland River, very small for an ACE campground. Shower facilities were aged but clean. Access road into the campground was narrow and through a residential area, which made us wonder if we were on the right road!

For Cages Bend: This park was a great find. It is beautiful and on a lake north of Nashville. Many sites are along the shore. We were impressed with the many big trees on the property.

For Cages Bend: Very quiet and relaxing campground. One of the most beautiful RV Parks in the area. Sites are all level and very well maintained.
