Disappointed
For KOA Journey Nashville East/Lebanon: For a KOA very disappointing. Thought we paid for full hookups and only got water and electric. We were placed in a narrow spot between permanent trailers. One had small children and their toys were all over where we had to park. No one came out to move them so we had to place them on their site. Glad it was only one night.
It seemed well kept, didn't use the facilities but the grounds were green and mowed.
Won't stay here again.

For KOA Journey Nashville East/Lebanon: This is OK for an overnite stay, but that is stretching it. Lots of permanent and semi-permanent residents and units in storage. Water pressure was not great. The road to the facility has lots of low branches, and we caught them on the roof vents and ACs several times going in and coming back out. Our neighbor had a huge trailer that took up his site and half of the roadway. He also had planters with flowers that prevented us from pulling out of our site onto the narrow roadway. If the RV in the row in front of us had not pulled out before us, we would still be there. We were able to pull thru that site inorder to get out.
This is probably not a place where we will stay again. We were in a 40" motorhome.

For KOA Journey Nashville East/Lebanon: Power drops at this site. In dire need of paint and TLC. Just converting to KOA so work in process. Staff so far seemed cold. Hoping KOA will change all this.

For KOA Journey Nashville East/Lebanon: Stayed overnight on 6/4/13. Nice park, very clean showers/bathrooms. Good size spaces and loved the trees. Pool was small but nice. Friendly staff. Was torn between giving 3 or 4 stars - nice facility but needed some fresh paint and good landscape update. Bldgs all could use some paint on the exteriors, several years of leaves in flower beds, tennis court had weeds growing in it, playscape looked like it would fall over. But the setting, staff, and cleanliness all cried for a 4.
