Perfect overnight stop, along I-40 headed east it is the last stop out of Amarillo. It’s a pull in, find a spot and leave your money in the envelope. Nice long pull through level spots.

Friendly on phone- openings during covid 19. Passport America accepted. Self check in. NO facilities. Adjacent to interstate. Nice pasture next to it with a few animals. Ok for a night.

We got caught in a freak snow blizzard and was about a mile from this campground. Owner told us to just come in and find a spot, which we did, hooking up overnight to electricity. We stayed warm all night. So thankful to them for their hospitality no charge. The Gibsons from CA

For overnight, inexpensive stay...perfect! PA rate is currently $14. Self serve (leave money in envelope). Better WiFi than expected! Airport noise was quiet overnight. Highway a little ways away so the truck noise was not too bad. No frills.

Very noisy from I-40. Pulled in late and had prepaid. No note telling us what site, no communication at all. Found a open site. Very tight spots, no signs indicating direction of travel to pull in spots. Might be able to see in daylight, but after dark, Park was very dark. They were pull through spots, which was good, but not a prime park for the price.

SHOTS FIRED
At 3AM on a cold windy rainy night, the cops knocked on my bedroom window and said there was a complaint of shots fired from my site. I said there were none and they went away.

PROS: $14 with Passport America, convenient to I40, good water, 60ft pull through site, level, convenience store next door.

CONS: Trash all over, noise from I40, store has bars on windows, derelict RVs at campground, barbed wire fences

Great RV Camp for the price $13.50 with FHU and lots of room for big rigs of any size we are 38' motor coach with 4-Door Jeep JK and had no problam manovering around camp or spot, thetes no restrooms showers laundry or swimming pool but who needs it for that price, we are boondocking animals and really love this this camp and will return.

It's hard to give an RV Campground that is unstaffed, with little signs of regular maintenance, a pad that required two plastic pads under each trailer wheel on one side to level the connected rig and no bathrooms or picnic tables anything more than three stars.

That said, this site is the perfect answer for someone on the move looking for a pull through site for the night with electric, water, and a dump station two minutes off I 40 and across from a convenience store.

All this was obtained for the Passport America price of $12.50, discounted from the regular rate of $26. The man I spoke with on the phone told me that if I didn't like it I didn't have to pay anything. The operation was based on trust. I like that and happily left the amount charged.

Although the site is 2 miles from the airport runway, I never heard a plane.

There's no question but that I would stay here again, particularly where are there RV parks in the area which were charging $33 and I only wanted to spend the night.
