For Brady Lake City Park: This campground is difficult to rate. The price is right. Some sites are better than others. It is on a lake and has a boat ramp plus a small store. If you are in a Class A Motorhome many sites may not be as level as you need. We could not level on our reserved site so they let us choose another one. This one was just fine. There is a city park in Brady that is nicer, much nicer, but not on the lake. We stayed here because the city park downtown required you to drive to the courthouse to pay and we did not want to drive to the Courthouse, find a parking space then ------ you know. If there is ever a "next-time" for staying in Brady I guess we will bite the bullet and pay at the Courthouse...the city park is that much nicer than the one at the lake.

For Brady Lake City Park: Awful RV ‘park;’ doesn’t deserve even 1 star! Sewer hookups for sites 8 & 9 were smashed/broken (like someone drove over them). Spots NOT level; our front motorhome tires were off the ground. We pulled in to site 10 and hooked up (based on other favorable reviews) before figuring out where to actually pay at a store across/down the county highway from the ‘park.’ Area is FULL of those little round desert thistles/small brambles that attached like a magnet to my Maltese! So no place to walk her without spending the next 15 minutes removing them from her hair. Horrible! Super expensive for what’s there; $35/night. We couldn’t handle the area for our dog so left after a couple hours (no refund from the store owner). Went to the other side of town to Richards Park (see my review there) and had a wonderful/peaceful stay.

For Brady Lake City Park: Quiet and attractive but confusing. Facilities are strangely arranged with sewer on one side and electrical and water on the other side. Site 10 was the only one available if we didn’t want to camp beside barking dogs. The slope of the site taxed our leveling system. No signs were available to instruct where to pay, but one of the long term residents suggested the store. It closed at 5 so we’ll catch them in the morning. The electric and water sites were nicer but after 4 days on the road we needed to dump.

For Brady Lake City Park: First off, do not follow gps to campground. It brings you to no name ghetto!!!! Great spots directly on water near dam( electric and water). Check in at store across from RV spaces designated on signs We re at M near swimming cove but great bobbin just short hop from campsite. Beautiful area. Terrific sunset view.

Full Timer

For Brady Lake City Park: This park recently added 8 50 AMP sites, but they are not marked and you have no idea how to park, back-in, pull through. When we asked they just said however you want or need to, to hook up. All the full hook ups are used by residents. The rest of the park, needs some work, and restrooms need cleaning. Lots of bottle caps, pull tabs, cigarette butts in site. We were the only non-residents in park. We were here in a fifth wheel.
