For Wild Country RV Park: This is a nice small park just a mile or two off the main highway, so it was very quiet. We had a nice pull through (#3) with some shade. The site was gravel and level. All the hookups worked and were in good shape. We stayed 3 nights. The Verizon signal was good and AT&T was great at over 70Mps. The park has good WiFi. There is no bath house or laundry. It is self pay and only $25 per night. We will definitely be back the next time we’re passing through the area.

For Wild Country RV Park: I called ahead and said I as coming in late. The owner told me where I could park and was very helpful. Easy access, pleasant place, nice full hook up. I would put Wild Country in my top 3 list of places I have stayed in the country. HIGHLY recommend it if you are in the area.

Metz

For Wild Country RV Park: Pulled in after dark after trying to stay at Walmart in Abilene with no luck. Contacted owner. Very nice. Quiet place and easy to get to off of the 20. $25 for full 50 amp hook ups with a pull thru big enough for our 40 ft plus towing a jeep? Well worth it. Would stay here again.

For Wild Country RV Park: Great for an overnight stop. Easy access from the highway with little to no traffic noise. Large long sites. Utilities all in good shape. Wifi available with no password needed. Casual outfit with owner stopping by for payment. Payment can also be made via an envelope drop box at the office. Just a few quiet neighbors. One permanent resident stopped by to be sure we were doing well. Enjoyed our overnight stay.
