Julia

For Kincaid City Park: First the pros: the sites are great! Concrete & good sized-property is lovely! Cons: sites are reasonably priced but then they add $5 per day per person”just to be on our property” Onlycold water showers-bathrooms disgusting! Probably would not stay again!

Sherie

For Kincaid City Park: Great little campground adjacent to the lake. Pay at the marina office on your way in; if you arrive late just pay the next morning. It was $18.00. The campground is down a little road beyond the marina. Go left at the marina on road 10. Follow that to road 11 and turn right. Kincaid Park is 1.5 miles down road 11. There is a big sign saying Kincaid Park. Turn right into the park and go to the end of the dirt road. There are 25 RV sites with nice concrete pads, many with trees. The dump station is not at the campground...it is across from the Greenbelt trailer park which you will pass on your way out. We'll definitely use this park next time we are passing thru. Note to pet owners: there are fire ants and very painful prickers in the grass.

Cinbad

For Kincaid City Park: There are no signs for this park. We went into the marina which was closed for the season. Waste of time

Rich

For Kincaid City Park: The park is $12 per night. But you need a $5 day pass for everyone with you. The pass expires at midnight so you need more passes. One night with 2 people costs $32.

Will

For Kincaid City Park: This park is out-of-the-way and somewhat isolated dirt roads coming in but the pads for the RVs are very flat, very level concrete. Good water and electricity. We just wanted a place for the night with electricity. Pay at the marina office. $12 per night. We stayed in an Airstream travel trailer.
