For San Pedro Campground - Amistad National Rec Area: This is a great campground. Plenty of space at each campsite. Several vault toilets which are clean and appear new. Picnic tables and grills at each site. Plenty of availability here January 2022.

For San Pedro Campground - Amistad National Rec Area: Great spot for an overnight. Easy in and out on good solid roads. Vault toilets, trash picnic tables with shelters. Dry. Quiet, dark, felt safe. Could accommodation larger rigs. Paid $3 with my Sr. pass. Thank you US Government.

For San Pedro Campground - Amistad National Rec Area: Required to give stars but can’t make a judgement. Apparently not opened year round. Just pulled in and gates closed with sign reading campground closed

For San Pedro Campground - Amistad National Rec Area: Good primitive campground near the recreation area. Don't expect much shade, but the price is right. Well maintained gravel access road, when we camped we had the place to ourselves.

For San Pedro Campground - Amistad National Rec Area: For dry camping this is a nice place to stay. These sites are fairly level and will accommodate a hundred foot RV not 28 foot Max that is listed . Also fairly quiet with Highway 90 being about 3 miles away. Access is on a gravel road. Price also right at $2 per nighr for a senior national parks pass.
