For Buzzard Roost RV Campground: Needed a layover from San Antonio to Big Bend NP. Relied on the reviews here to know if a good place. Granted, we stayed overnight on a Saturday, so the Saloon that does show in the images played VERY LOUD music til 2am.. The park is 95% full time residents.Very raggedy rigs and set-ups. Yes, saw a few cats and everyone we saw/met with were polite The site was level. Vacillated between 1-2 Stars.. Mission was accomplished since it was full- hookups, needed the dump.. Is a Passport America, so 1/2 price cost us $18.

For Buzzard Roost RV Campground: Not a bad place - level sites with lots of cats so if your allergies are cats this might not be the place otherwise a great place to stay for exploration of the area -level sites with full hook ups snd a laundry -

For Buzzard Roost RV Campground: Quaint and typical of local Texas. Right off main drag. Saloon in front. Fair amount of (permanent?) trailers. Clean level pull through sites. Cable, working wifi, and easy access to water sewer and electricity. Pay laundry "large capacity". Small sites with a small picnic table. No fire rings. Lighted drives. Friendly and a good place to stay a few days while exploring Del Rio and surrounding areas. Not a resort but we didn't come for that. We would stay if traveling through again.
