For Post Oak Place RV Park: I've stayed at this RV park several times.
Good price and location to The Dallas metroplex area.
Upsides: price, location and proximity to north metro area, very nice staff, no issues any time I stay. Easy access to both Dallas and Fort Worth.
Downside: lots of full timers, no pull thru sites, train noise in some locations (although it didn't bother me too much)
I stayed in a monthly spot and in a fifth wheel, April-July 2016. And will for sure stay again.
As a side note, if you need your camper or trailer inspected for the state inspection, the oil change place on the corner will come over and do your inspection in the RV park. I thought that was awesome!

For Post Oak Place RV Park: Nice RV park in Denton. Our lot was big enough for our 40 foot Wanderlodge with room to park our toad in front. Lovely office folks. We stayed five nights. Had no problem until we readied to leave. The sewer was clogged when we tried to dump. Talked with office, no problem as there was a dump site we used. Would stay here again. We were not by the area near the train tracks, heard the train, but no problems with it. March time so no pool, too cold, lol.

For Post Oak Place RV Park: This is an r.v. residence. Appeared 100% full of full timers. It always bothers me when parks like this advertise as an r.v. park and make themselves seem available to the cross country traveler/over nighter via their web site or places like allstays.com. Not so. Don't just pull in here. Could not even find the office. I guess I should have called to check availability. My wrong. After a long day of driving this was not user friendly. :)
