Twila

For Dumas RV Resort: A typical oil patch man camp. Roads are full of holes and dust or mud. Loose unattended dogs and dog poop everywhere .

Winequeen

For Dumas RV Resort: The road to the campground still has potholes. Check-in procedure is easy whether the office is open or closed. Just make sure you have $35 cash. A nice guy who'd been staying here 4 months approached us as we were picking our site. He advised us that not every site has 20, 30, and 50 amp, and even if they seem to have those options, you'd best check before you get your trailer leveled and the slides put out. He pointed us to a site that met our needs, and we are very grateful!! No shade, but if you need a spot for the night, this will definitely fill the bill. Would stay here again.

Melissa

For Dumas RV Resort: Like others posted, but dried mud hole that could use some ruts and holes filled in all over the site. Didn’t use restrooms, but can take others reviews as legit. Late check in and early departure. Only used water and electric.

Porkchop4

For Dumas RV Resort: Good one nighter but it is a huge mud hole. Most residents are area workers. Some were welding and grinding into evening hours. One of the dogs left a “present” on my electric cord.

Linda

For Dumas RV Resort: The one star is for the friendly guy who registered us. HOWEVER, we should have checked the facilities. The "indoor pool" was ice cold and the area unfinished. The bathrooms - 2 - would never pass a health or fire inspection. This would not even do for an overnighter. The entire place was in total disrepair.

Mike

For Dumas RV Resort: Inexpensive at $25, laundry bit complete though advertised, all gravel and mud holes, owner (David?) is nice. Met my needs for the night. I would stay here again if traveling through.

PVP

For Dumas RV Resort: Stayed one night June 2014.
Going South bound drug high center on hwy crossover. Did some damage to generator muffler on our 45' Prevost.
Drug again leaving. The park was large and had plenty of room to get in and out, Manager was friendly and very accommodating. Good free Wi-Fi. No problem leveling. Only $27 with Good Sam discount. Overall a good bargin!
