For RV Ranch Of Keene: We found ourselves needing a place to stay really quickly and called Debbie in the front office to see about availability for our 42' fifth wheel and dually pickup. She was super accommodating and so helpful. We were there within 30 minutes and she got us checked promptly in with no issues. We were in site 233, a pull-thru, from Dec. 12, 2022 to Jan. 12, 2023. We had no issues with the electricity, water, or sewer. The bath house/laundry room in the adult only section is super nice. Probably one of the nicest and cleanest we've ever seen in over a year of full-timing. I felt really safe doing laundry there as a key card is required. My husband preferred their showers to our own and used them daily. Our site was level, with plenty of room for our whole rig. Every site is a "buddy site" in the adult only section, which means your front door faces someone else's front door. I guess this could be an issue if you don't get along with your neighbor, but we kind of liked it. Each site has a nice little square gazebo for shade, shared by both sites. It was pretty cold while we were there so we never used this, but definitely would if we were there in the warmer months. There is no dog park, but plenty of pretty rows of campers to walk your dog, along with a big pond to watch the ducks. There is no camp store, but everything you need is very close in Cleburne, Alvarado, etc. You are allowed to have packages delivered to the office, which is awesome for us full-timers. This is definitely not a "dark skies" park. There are lots of lights on everything, so not too much star-gazing. This is an RV park, not a campground - there's a difference. A train whistle is heard closeby, and there's some road noise. That never bothers us, but something others may want to consider. There's no picnic table, no fire rings (no fires allowed), but there was a small concrete patio available that was very nice. The roads in and out of the park aren't perfect, but not a big deal. We had good internet service - AT&T. The adult only area pool looked wonderful. So pretty and clean. We were wishing it was warmer. We never had a chance to go see the other pools, laundry rooms, or bath houses. We would stay here again if we're in the area. For RV Ranch Of Keene: Very friendly staff. Clean park. Lots of permanent residents. Only negative is the lengthy noise from train in the middle of the night.

For RV Ranch Of Keene: Very nice park, especially the adult section. Mostly large pull thrus with paved patios and shared yards. Lake with catch and release fishing. Pet friendly. Very clean laundry and showers. Really nice heated pool. Video store, tanning salon and pizza place all in office too!
