Victoria

For Waylon Jennings RV Park: Waylon would be disappointed to see the condition of this park. We have stayed here previously & the free RV Park was free of trash and services all worked. At this writing many of the electrical boxes not working. The RV Park was busy but could be so much more inviting for an overnight stop.

One nighter

For Waylon Jennings RV Park: Stopped for the night it was late and just wanted to get off the road. Took the first pull thru we came to. It was level and we didn’t un hook. Had electric and water, there is a dump station as well, we didn’t use any of the facilities. It was very peaceful and we enjoyed our short stay. You can stay up to 4 days free. They do take donations. We would definitely stay again.

Katie

For Waylon Jennings RV Park: Wonderful! We stopped for one night--appreciated the FHU very much. Grassy and level ground, plenty of spots. We arrived on a Thursday night and there were more empty spots than there were full ones.

Kimberly

For Waylon Jennings RV Park: Convenient and free. Felt safe, plenty of cell service. Could get hot in summer but lots of electric / water sites and full hook up. If like to play horse shoes they have lots of horse shoe pits.

Pat

For Waylon Jennings RV Park: Stayed one night. Truck/cab over camper pulling a 12’ trailer. Used spot that had shade. Two long pull thrus don’t . We backed in at an angle and it worked out nicely. Originally we went into the lot just south that said Community Center on Arch. I asked a town worker if these were part of the park and he said yes. Quick count/10 spaces. You back in. I saw electrical hookups but not sure about water. These can accommodate big rigs easily. No tables or shade though in this area. There are about 8 horseshoe pits available. Need your own shoes though.

The Novel RV

For Waylon Jennings RV Park: I really liked this small free RV park. Stayed full 4 night free maximum. Mature trees, level spots. Electricity and water plus covered picnic table at each site. Dump at rear of park. . Electric pedestals are shared so pay attention to which side of your rig it’s on. Large pull-thru spots at back, back-in spots in front. Nice services in town.

Bruce

For Waylon Jennings RV Park: Level spots but the 2 pull-thru’s only 1 had electric, water & dump. The 50 amp does not work & the other pull-thru has only 30 amp plug. Three stays 3 times NO 50 amp pull thru works. Last time it give it a try.
