For Bentsen Grove Resort MHP: Great wintering location. This park has so many activities and is maintained very well. Built in the 70-80's but in great shape. Different levels of pricing, has permanent, overnight and everything in between. Staff is very friendly and professional. Dog run areas. One of the coolest things is the fruit trees. Most of the sites actually have fruit tress for you to enjoy the bounty. Orange, tangerine, grapefruit and pomelo. Very near golf, marathons in January, close distance to S Padre Islands and the benefits keep going. I cannot say enough good about this park.
