For Cottonwood RV Park: There are no "quiet hours". Loud music plays all night long. There are drunken parties lasting until the wee hours. There has even been gunshots from the residents.

For Cottonwood RV Park: The landlord is crazy. She lets [bad] users stay for Free. She causes issues with residents. It's trashy and left unkempt. Wouldn't bother with this place. She has caught a resident breaking into others property and has done nothing. She called the sheriff, but would not give the name of who it was.
