Sites were level, full hookups, showers and restrooms clean. The park was recently rebuilt following flooding. It looks new. There are only 20 sites, all full hookups, and two sites are for hosts. One of the nicest parks we’ve seen in a while.

This is a beautiful state park. Restrooms and shower were very clean. Our site was private, clean, and there were stone benches around the fire ring. Our site was level concrete and the surrounding ground had been raked before our arrival. The camp ground host dropped by to warn us of severe weather that was expected that evening and inform us that the storm shelter would be unlocked all night.

Great park. lots of trees and quaint sites to camp in. Concrete sites somewhat secluded. Mother cardinal kept hitting one of my RV windows until dark because she saw another birds image (saw herself) in the reflection. Very nice little park. Would recommend it. Stayed one night in December.

Delightful small state park in the country. Beautiful updated facilities including multiple playgrounds. Asphalt all the way and full-hookups. It was just an overnight but we hope to go back for more some day. Verizon: 10Mbps AT&T:8Mbps

This facility was newly built in 2014-2015 (per staff) to replace nearby site that was continuously flooded, therefore it is exceptionally clean. Sites are spacious and easy to park long trailers. Bathrooms and showers were immaculate. Plenty of hot water for showering. Friendly staff.

Very nice, newly renovated (Jan 2015) park with spacious sites (mix of arched pull thrust and back ins). Restroom area had 2 nice showers and a dishwashing station. Several nice (easy) trails for the kids as well as geocaching. The fishing area on the south end was closed due to recent flooding so could not evaluate that. Park staff was extremely nice and helpful. We would certainly return.
