For Sea Breeze RV Park: Stayed the end of Sep 2020. The reviews are pretty much on track as to not being a vacation get away and many workers living here. That said I found the staff to be very helpful and the grounds clean. I would definitely recommend paying for the premium sites, we only have a 21ft trailer and most of the sites fit larger RVs and it does get a bit of a crowded feeling with larger rigs.

For Sea Breeze RV Park: This park was not as great as we thought it would be. We stayed for a week and even with restrictions they did have their pool open for much of the time we were there. It’s a small pool and not one to write home about, but it was open. The location is good. Although there are branches to watch on the road in and at the entrance to the park, they are located right on the bay. It’s got a beautiful view and you can see Corpus Christi from across the way, which is neat. Due to the location though, bring bug spray! We got eaten up by the mosquitoes even with bug spray - they are huge and there’s a ton of them! The spots are another beast though. We have a 40 ft class a and we weren’t sure we were going to fit. They are skinny and short. We barely fit our rig and truck in. The spots put you very close to your neighbor. Probably the closest we’ve ever been. And the ants are terrible. We ended up having an infestation of fire ants in our water bay that we’re currently trying to get rid of. There are ants all over the park. Be careful where you step and bring diatomaceous earth and fire ant killer to sprinkle around.

For Sea Breeze RV Park: I would give them zero Stars if I was able. I never stepped foot on this property but after trying to cancel reservations due to the Corona virus and my family member suddenly being placed on life support. They tell me that I will receive $20 out of the $240 that I paid. Nice way to treat a person during national crisis, family member in the hospital, and retired military. I would not waste your time or your money,i they care about customers under extreme circumstances.

For Sea Breeze RV Park: Be careful to check what you are getting into before you give them any money. If you are not happy here you are free to leave but they will not be returning your money. $470 plus electricity a month is cheap. The plus cost of electricity which you are not going to find out until ten days after you leave. Is a total rip off. $100 to run a refrigerator, TV, an occasional light and a fan for a month. God help you if you turn on your AC. Kiss good bye to your $200 deposit. This place is by no means worth their by the day charge of $70. This is not a RVer’s vacation spot. It is a low rent trailer park filled with permanent residents. Do not expect the usual camaraderie found at vacation spots. There are a lot of people living here that you never see. My home Town of Paradise was destroyed by fire in 2 hours on Nov 8th 2018. I look for escape routes and fire exits. Sea Breeze has none. It has one way in and out with a narrow pinch point at the trash containers that will be a bottle neck in case of fire. For anyone trying to get out and preventing fire trucks from entering the property. Not all of the wires are underground or well maintained. Just days after I left, I was told the old overhead wiring I worried about where I was parked, did start sparking. Sparking electrical wires caused the fire that burned my home to the ground. Keep a go bag handy. When a fire starts here you will have to abandon you car and RV to escape on foot. I saw only one fire hydrant in the park. It was far from a welcoming experience. I wanted to leave that same day but they had my money. I could not afford to write it off by leaving. I booked a month in Port Aransas where the Gulf Coast beach is that very day. There is no beach at Sea Breeze. The shoreline is littered with construction demo debris. They do have a swimming pool. The slow speed wifi will let you watch Netflix most of the time. If is pretty much useless for anything else like FaceBook, Couchtuner, ECT. It took overnight to download pictures. Although the fellow they send to “ fix" the wifi was one of the few friendly staff I encountered during my stay. If you are looking for a low rent trailer park to stay in and are willing to forgo safety to save money Sea Breeze may be the place for you. They really don’t seem to care about bad reviews. The rude staff is a common complaint spanning years without improvement.

For Sea Breeze RV Park: This is a nice park in a good location for exploring the area. Our check-in went great and the young lady who checked us in was awesome. The rules that others mentioned was no different than most places, they are just more thorough in explaining them. The reason for my three stars is because in the sites in our row had all the hook-ups way forward in the site. This meant when we stepped out of our door we were a foot away from our neighbors sewer hookup. Also, our sewer hookup was under a large bush so you had to crawl under the bush to connect/disconnect. The pull through was nice and long and level, but close together, which is why we were stepping out to our neighbors sewer. We didn’t spend any time outside our coach. They had a nice dog park and the area was pretty. They also have tons of great activities. We didn’t use any of the laundry, bathroom or pool.

For Sea Breeze RV Park: I had 6 packages delivered to the office totaling $585.74 and even though staff saw the packages not ONE made it into my mailbox. The manager is not being helpful and now I know why. Her best friend was fired from here for stealing in the past and when her replacement quit they hired her back! Poor management with a theft problem!

For Sea Breeze RV Park: The park itself was awesome, and the people were very nice. However, the office was not very good. I'm not sure if it was someone new, or what happened. But, I'm a musician who had a showcase show in town for a radio station on Saturday, and after reading great reviews on this park, I decided to take the whole weekend off for a working vacation of sorts. When we called to reserve, we informed them we need a lot of space to move around equipment & easily accessible so we don't wake every one up late, but would like to be close to the water for fishing. The spot we were given was perfect! Plenty of room, and right on the main driveway, but could walk to the pier. The other great point was that we asked about check out & if it was flexible since we're a special circumstance. We were told that check out was at noon, but he didn't see any problem with us sticking around until 2 so we could fish & hang out a bit today (Sunday) since it'd be a late night Saturday.

Here's where it went haywire...we got there a couple of minutes after the office closed Friday, and had to check in Saturday morning. Were all settled in to the spot that we were told we were given when we reserved, Saturday around lunch time, when leaving the park to go to a lunch meeting we checked in & were informed that we needed to move because they decided they wanted us to have another spot & another rv would take ours. Then after stating we'd been there for 18 hours, very settled in, reserved that specific spot, etc. they "accidentally" tried to charge us more than we were told when we initially reserved, and a price higher than was listed on ANY of their website, paperwork, etc. THEN, was "accidentally" charged it! They refunded it, but seriously? Doesn't sound like much of an accident.

This morning, after the check in debacle yesterday, we woke up around 11 & got ready to go fish off the pier some. I told my husband to call and just remind them we were checking out a little late out of courtesy & in case there were any other communication issues at the office. We were informed that no, we have to be out no matter what by 12 or there will be additional charges. He explained when we booked they told us it was fine to stay late since we had special circumstances. They shot it down in a sorry-not-sorry kind of way. So we had to rush pack, throw everything loosely into the garage/my truck and jet out of there to the closest Walmart so we can re pack & get things situated for the drive back to our home base.

It's extremely disappointing that a lack of communication in their office caused us issues not once, but twice. I'm a musician and have thousands of followers that I was harping to how great this park was on Friday, and now I'm eating my words. I also hold write a travel blog & articles & am disappointed because I had already started writing & taking photographs for positive reviews. I'm indecisive on it, because I don't want to judge based on one bad try here. So, I'll probably give this park one more chance in a few weeks when I come back to town. But, as of right now, if I have the same experience again, I won't be back. Which is unfortunate for such a great park environment!
