We were very disappointed by the treatment we received about or dog at this park. We wanted to spend a couple nights on our way to South Padre and watch the Super Bowl game. As we had been traveling for over a month we arrived early to do laundry and enjoy the park. Our dog travels with us and because the laundry was quite distance from or site, we needed to drive to the laundry. One of us would stay back with the dog at the campsite. During the game we received a text explaining they had received a complaint that our dog was lose and should be on a leash. I responded that he had been on a leash all the time, but thank you for the text. Thinking nothing more would come of it, I started watching the game again. Next I received a call and voice message about our dog. Again, I wanted to reassure whoever it was that our dog had always been supervised and on a leash. I then called the voice mail person back to politely discuss what the perceived problem was. Apparently, they were with a group and it seemed I was on a speaker phone and being laughed at. At this point, I hooked our travel trailer back up, missed about half of the Super Bowl and we left in the morning. As we left, I stopped in the office to discuss my concerns, but they didn’t see my concerns as important.

This is a beautiful, well-kept, and well-run park. The people are lovely — staff and campers, most of whom come here for several months, year after year. There are oodles of activities, mostly run by the campers, and newcomers are welcomed cheerfully into the fold.

Sea Wind RV Resort Wow for being very close to people they kept to themselves or was friendly. We had everything we need at our $20 a night spot. If you had My Passport America it would have been $10 a night. No military discount though. They had activities going on all the time. So I enjoyed going country line dancing, bible study, yoga, Coffee social (wasn't my favorite... Women and men divided so sanding and talking to couple's not happening). Otherwise had a fantastic visit asked meet lots of new friend's.

Stayed one night (this time!) and will definitely come back. One of the nicest RV parks I have ever stayed in! Roomy sites-not like parking lot! Plenty of trees and flowering bushes. The laundry room is wonderful, plenty of washers and dryers. Bath rooms clean. Office personnel friendly. It’s quiet, close to the water, off the beaten path, but about 15 miles from Kingsvillle. Very well managed and maintained!

We stopped here for two nights while heading up the Texas coast, mainly to do laundry and regroup. What a pleasant surprise! The park is in a very pretty setting, was well taken care of and everyone was so friendly. They have a huge laundry room too. We stayed in the back row, no sewer, and had it almost to ourselves. Only negative was the bathrooms could use some updating, although they were clean enough.

I can't think of anything negative about this campground. Friendly and welcoming place to stay. Reasonable priced with free Wifi. I stayed in a Class A MH. March 2016 & December 2016.
