For Canyons RV Park: Stayed one night. Sites are spacious and level but very little shade. $30 self pay system as owners are not on site. Bathrooms/showers are in a shed type building that is not air conditioned. Okay for a travel stop.

For Canyons RV Park: We sheltered here for three nights during the recent record-breaking snowstorms. The pipes were frozen so there was no water hookup and we did not use the bathrooms or laundry, so I don’t know how those are. But, the sites were level, fairly spacious, and overall clean. Maybe 40 sites in all. Very easy self-registration at the front. The town itself doesn’t have much commerce outside of a couple of convenience stores (stock up before you get here) and a True Value that also sells metal yard art and decor. The TV had a decent selection of RV equipment/parts. The town’s one restaurant, The Ranch House, is about an 1/8 of a mile from the RV park and serves awesome cheeseburgers. Very grateful to have found this place when so many others in the area were full and without electricity during the storm. Would definitely stay here again.

For Canyons RV Park: For my purpose I give it 5 stars. $7.00 is a really good price for tent camping I parked my bike right in front of my tent. Being next to the highway is no big deal as there is not much traffic, and the rr tracks don't bother me because I live 2blocks from a rr track at home. I have been charged as much as $35.00 for a similar site so I am a happy camper!

For Canyons RV Park: Lovely park in a dying town. Well-spaced sites, albeit with road traffic on one side and a train on the other. The owners are friendly and welcoming. This park has the cutest and most innovative restrooms you could hope to find, though not even remotely handicap accessible. The park and town make for a great overnight stop. Leave a bit of room to explore Sanderson.
