Beautiful , clean , proprietor was lovely . Would come here again . Best so far on this trip .

Nice, clean park. Long gravel pull throughs. The hook ups are at the beginning of the pull throughs,missed judged the length of electrical cord and had to go around again. It was a quiet night. I think I heard a train whistle during the night. Did not need to use the facilities. They have alpacas that you can feed. Staff was very friendly. Wifi very weak. Many areas without trees for good satellite reception. If in the area will stay again.

Fortunate to get the last spot here for a Thursday and Friday night. Full hook-ups. Able to de-winterize. Easy off and on from I35. About a mile from interstate so very quiet. Spacious sites. Very nice staff. Reasonable convenient to Fort Worth. Spent one day visiting the Fort Worth Stockyards Museum and Bureau of Engraving.

We were absolutely thrilled with this place! Full hook-ups. Safe area. Very easy access to the interstate yet far enough away that it was perfectly quite. The pool was spotless, the grounds well maintained, and the sites fairly large. There is nice grass areas for walking the dogs, and the Alpaca's with their big guard dogs were fun to watch. We will start making this our regular stop on our way to Galveston.

We checked in late and picked up one of the envelopes for late Check in which assigned a nice handy site.
Lots of long term units parked here. Nice rural area. Minimal road noise.
Farm-like setting with laundry, clean restrooms, and everything you need for a short stay.
I would definitely stay again.

Seemed nice, but would not let me dump my tanks unless I was a resident. Went to nearby state park instead.

Nicely landscaped large sites. Lots of grass, trees and texture. Clean and quiet. Friendly owner/manager couple.

Wonderful place - very clean. Owners super: accommodating and helpful. We would stay here again and will recommend it to others.

Glorious for an overnight stop traveling on I-35. Looking forward to coming back for a week. Beautiful grounds. Big spacious sites. Answer phone 24/7! Alpacas are adorable.

Very friendly owners. Camp is 1 mile from freeway which made it nice and quite. Stayed 4 nights in 5th wheel. We were on one of those dead relatives search.
