For Tips Park - Three Rivers: I stay here often. I have solar panels, so no hookups needed and only $5/night. In the little river I have caught many catfish up to 25 pounds. Fresh water drum are abundant. Crappie and white bass in winter. Alligator gar at 5'6" and two alligators. The restroom is locked for guest safety and combination can be obtained from the Parks department Raul and there are good showers.McDonalds and DQ and pizza to be had.

For Tips Park - Three Rivers: Great overnight stop. The refinery across the river wasn’t any louder than staying at a Walmart. No playground. Restroom was locked. Electricity, water, and a dump station. $15 for the night. Overall, would recommend for an overnight stay while traveling.

For Tips Park - Three Rivers: A cute city park with lots of picnic tables and play equipment. Many camping sites not always clearly defined nor level. Water and electric available. BUT - right across the river is a refinery, which emits a constant noise and lights at night. There was no host but a slot to put $. $15 with hookups, $5 without. Restrooms were locked. Good grocery store in town, but not much else. Not much to do in the area. Probably a good one night stop.
