For Cedar Breaks RV Park: Good enough for an overnight stop. Neat and tidy. Maybe too neat. Sites are narrow and short with curbs on each side. Difficult to pull into without going over a curb. Cars parked everywhere didn’t help much.

For Cedar Breaks RV Park: Good location, but ridiculous 2 pages of rules with fines for not following said rules. And $10 fee if you want to check in before 2pm. 1/2 page of rules for pets. Dog park was locked from 8pm until after office is opened at 8 am. Not sure why as it’s only a patch of grass but very inconvenient if your trying to walk your dog early before going to Zion or Bryce for the day. The trees need to be trimmed in all the back sites. The park is surrounded by a rundown mobile home park with stray dogs roaming the grounds. If the sites are full and your in the back you have to walk in the main road that runs thru the mobile home park to reach the office or dog park. We will not return and would not recommend to others.

For Cedar Breaks RV Park: Nice newer RV park. However, if you are traveling with your dog, I would not recommend. Went over to their above average dog park that the manager was using for her 2 large over 100 pound dogs. They were vicious to my dog, so I told manager I would wait. She totally ignored me for well over 30 minutes, while I waited nearby. Since I was a customer, she should’ve relinquished the park to me within a reasonable amount of time.

For Cedar Breaks RV Park: Stopped here for a quick overnight. Best I can say was that it was ok. Lots of road noise until close to midnight and starting again at 5 AM. Showers were clean but most did not have a place to sit down. Would only stay again as second choice.

For Cedar Breaks RV Park: We only stopped briefly at Cedar Aire RV Park which is now cold Cedar break RV park. It was in January and it was snowing. The management was very helpful and accommodating. They came out to the interest to let his in after 8 p.m. all the amenities worked. They had good wifi.
