For Maple Hollow Campground: Access is from Route 50, there is a small sign. Down in the campground is $15/night but once you cross onto National Forest land (there's a fence and a sign) you can park anywhere for free. When I got there the campground was pretty active and generators running... I opted for a quieter space in the forest, I only saw two other people in forest spaces and at least five previously used spots available.
